The Construction Manager serves as the Owner's agent and adviser on construction matters, and works in conjunction with the Owner and the Consultant as part of a construction management team from the initial design-development stage through to completion of the project. The Owner engages the trade contractors directly and generally assumes the role and responsibility of the traditional general or prime Contractor. |
