Review of Ontario's Occ H & S Prevention & Enforcement

Earlier today the Ontario government announced that an Expert Advisory Panel will be created to conduct a comprehensive review of the province's occupational health and safety prevention and enforcement system. The announcement was prompted by the scaffold fall death of a heating and ventilation worker yesterday in Richmond Ontario (so close on the heels of the accident on Christmas Eve).
