Construction Sector Council - Survey

Dear Construction Stakeholder,
Last week, you should have received an e-mail from me announcing the Construction Sector Council’s older worker study along with an invitation to participate in our online survey. The purposes of the study are to find out what employers in the industry are doing:
• to develop policies and practices related to the aging workforce,
• to retain older workers, and
• to prepare appropriate workforce plans.
Our tracking of the survey responses indicates that you may not have had an opportunity to complete the survey’s questionnaire. If you have already done so, I am grateful for you participation and regret taking your time. You can ignore this reminder.
On the other hand, if you still have to do the survey, I encourage you to visit the survey site at http://www.csc-ca.org/english/survey2/ as soon as possible, since the deadline of Friday, March 12 is quickly approaching. The questionnaire should take about 20 minutes to complete. For participating in the survey, you will receive a copy of the research report produced from the CSC study.
