The Barrie Food Bank

This Holiday Season, the Barrie Construction Association worked closely with the Barrie Food Bank, CRS - Contractors Rental Supply and the Canadian Home Builders' Association Simcoe County to provide food for families in need. There were drop off locations for non-perishable goods at the BCA, and with the mobile support of CRS's pickup truck, members were able to drop off their items at various events in and around Barrie this season, including BCA events.

On December 23, 2009 BCA's President, Anita Stacey presented Dennis Willer of the Barrie Food Bank with a cheque, and a number of non-perishable food items.

The BCA would like to thank all of the members who generously donated items this season, along with Dean Bell of CRS for all of his hard work and support.
