1. Document Registration Numbers

No Refunds/Exchanges:

Document registrations numbers are valid for the life of the company they are purchased for and each document is assigned its own registration number. If you are uncertain about which documents to purchase, please contact the Canadian Construction Association at 613-236-9455 or the Barrie Construction Association at 705-726-5864 ext. 1 for clarification

2. Document Seals

Refunds/Exchanges Permitted

We accept returns. You can return unused seals within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passes since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Training Classes

Refunds are permitted (with provisions)

A cancellation notice must be received 24 hours prior to class start time. If less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full course fee.

4. Events

Refunds are permitted (with provisions)

Unless otherwise stated, a cancellation notice must be received within 48 hours of event start time. If less than 48 hours, you will be charged the full event fee.
